TERMS OF USE

The ground rules, in plain language.

A free site, content you are free to quote, a moderated community.

What this site is, and what it is not

AI Act Express is an entirely free information service, meant for businesses and self-employed people who want to understand the European regulation on artificial intelligence. There is nothing to buy, no subscription, no paid version.

It is not a consultancy. The content published here is general information, checked and sourced, but it does not amount to legal advice fitted to your situation. For a decision that commits you, consult a professional.

Using the site

You may read, print and freely share the content, and quote our pages provided you credit the source and give a link. You may not republish them in full under your own name, or use them in a way that suggests an official origin or a partnership that does not exist.

Contributing

The community area and the wiki improvement suggestions are open. By posting, you accept that your contribution may be reviewed, edited for form and published on the site, and you warrant that it is your own.

Three simple rules:

Any contribution may be refused or withdrawn without justification. Report problematic content to the contact address: it will be looked at quickly.

Availability

The site is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. It may be interrupted for maintenance, changed or closed down.

Applicable law

Belgian law, Belgian courts. These terms may be amended; the applicable version is the one published on this page.
